‘JobCare’: Intelligent Career Development Support Service
'JobCare' is an AI-based intelligent career development support service that systematically assists individuals throughout their life cycles. It provides career development roadmaps through job competency analysis, market information, and recommendations necessary for career counseling.
In 2021, we initially developed a counseling service and conducted a pilot operation in six employment centers. Subsequently, in 2022, we expanded its use to employment centers nationwide, university job-plus centers, and private consignment institutions. It has been introduced as part of the new government's national task, the 'Job Seeker Leap Guarantee Package,' and is utilized as a core service for in-depth counseling. Since March 2023, we have additionally built a public service to make JobCare easily accessible to everyone, and it is now available anytime on Employment24.

The AI-based job matching service is an automated system that recommends suitable job opportunities by analyzing the job seeker's professional competencies and preferences using AI and big data technologies. This analysis is based on the resume registered by the job seeker, considering factors such as major, certifications, vocational training, career history, and experiences, as well as information preferred by users with similar profiles.
The service has undergone continuous enhancements since its inception in 2020 through 2022. These improvements include algorithm refinements for real-time matching services, strengthening matching models, and prioritizing nearby location recommendations. Job seekers can now receive personalized job recommendations through the Employment24 platform.
