The 'Employment24' platform provides various existing employment services through a single integrated channel,
offering diverse employment information services including job search and recruitment support, employment stability, and employment insurance.

'Employment24': Next-Generation Digital Employment Service

Employment24 (work24.go.kr) is a next-generation digital employment service that comprehensively meets citizens' employment and civil service needs. It integrates employment services previously offered separately through various information networks such as WorkNet, Employment Insurance, and HRD-Net, allowing users to apply, report, and inquire about services through a single channel.

The service has been opening sequentially since December 2023, and from March 2024, it has been providing all integrated employment services through a pilot operation. In September 2024, it officially launched after ending the parallel operation of individual systems and stabilizing the system. 'Employment24' is divided into a public and business system for applying and inquiring about civil services and an administrative system for handling submitted civil affairs by employment centers and other officials. It also offers customized services for individual and corporate customers. Based on new technologies such as AI and big data, it recommends jobs, training, qualifications, subsidies, and policies tailored to customers. Additionally, it provides simplified documentation and pre-screening services through data linkage with other institutions.
